OUR PROGRAM
Language Assistant training program
Our Language Assistant Training Program offers schools and educational centers the opportunity to collaborate in the training of young foreigners who wish to develop their skills as future teachers. Through their participation in the classroom, Language Assistants not only enrich the language teaching process but also bring the culture and customs of their home country closer.
A Language Assistant not only turns learning into a unique experience but also benefits the entire educational community with their presence.
Native or native-level English, French, or German Language Assistants
Programs from 5 to 9 months, depending on the type of program.
Option of independent accommodation or with a host family provided by the school.
Comprehensive selection process to understand the profile.
Specialized selection team with proprietary evaluation and interview methods.
Adaptation of the profile to the needs of the center.
Continuous supervision and support from the coordinating team.

CONVERSATION GROUPS
The Language Assistant works with small groups of students, providing a more relaxed and close environment to improve their oral expression and attend to them individually. This activity can include help with the preparation of official exams.
CLASSROOM REINFORCMENT
The Language Assistant complements the work of the main teacher with activities, conversations, or even leading the class, creating a more relaxed and interactive environment that reinforces learning.
CONVERSATION WITH TEACHERS/PARENTS
Contributing to the improvement of the linguistic competence of the educational community goes beyond the students. Language Assistants can participate in reinforcing the oral linguistic skills of teachers and parents through conversational activities.
SUPPORT IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The role of the Language Assistants extends to supporting extracurricular and complementary activities, collaborating with the person in charge of each activity to reinforce the use of the language in playful contexts.
