MEDDEAS will only allow access to personal data to those employees who need access to personal data due to the activity they carry out within the framework of the contracted services. MEDDEAS is present on different social networks, with the purpose of reporting on its activities. • For what reasons can we process your personal data?

• USER Posts:

Once you are a follower or have joined the MEDDEAS social network, you can publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. The USER, in all cases, must be the owner of the published content, enjoy the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., is expressly prohibited. that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or the Law. In these cases , MEDDEAS reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior communication, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER. MEDDEAS will not be responsible for the content that a USER has freely published. The USER must keep in mind that his/her publications will be known by other users, so he/she is primarily responsible for his/her privacy.

In order to process the request to exercise rights, you must include name and surname, request in which the request is specified, address for notification purposes, date, and signature.
